Enclosed Trailer Set-ups
I have a new enclosed trailer on order. It is a 24' v nose with cabinets built into the front. It has full electric package, winch and A.C.. I am looking for pics/ideas of what others have done to the interiors of their trailers for storage. Basically looking for where you installed tire racks, tool boxes, jack restraints, ramp extensions, fluid holders, etc. Thanks

Melting Slicks
Interested as well. I've been hauling my car for several years in a basically empty 24ft. V-nose trailer. Would bring more gear but haven't really needed much for track days. Still feel like I'm wasting the v-nose space and would be nice to have some tools and equipment if necessary.

Couple of things I really like in my trailer from Pit Pal. Hope I don't sound like a pimp for Pit Pal.
Jack In The Pouch, mounted it right by the side door.

Collapsible chair holder by the rear door

The 64" tire rack and extension if you can fit it on a wall that still allows the car to fit. If not two separate units somewhere.

Fuel Jug Rack below the tire holder on the floor. I don't have this on my new trailer because the generator storage area (no generator) works perfect but this was great on my previous trailer.

Ultra Track System with 72" Extension Ramps. I had a prototype that needed these extensions. Vette may not need them this long, but they worked great.

Drifting
I've had a TPD triple axle 26ft enclosed trailer for about 15 years. The trailer is a tagged trailer. The trailer is equipped with an on-board generator and is fueled with propane. The trailer grosses close to 11,000 pounds and the GVWR is 15K. In some states, like California, you will need at least a non-commercial Class A driver's license because it weighs more than 10K.
Also, you need to be very careful in what you pull it with. I pull my trailer with a Chevrolet 1-ton Dually Diesel. Here are some pictures of my trailer.

Have you seen Trucks and Trailers subform on Rennlist? There is quite a bit of good stuff there:

Here's a few threads. The first one is really long.

Burning Brakes
My trailer is also a 24’ but not V nose. The shelf rack was made by the person who goes with me and crews. It is aluminum with ABS sides. The shelves are higher in the back so you can more easily see the contents. It is bolted to the vertical supports in the wall. Tool cabinets are also bolted to the vertical supports in the wall. The cart has a generator and compressor with air hose on a reel and is retained in place by a large tie down strap running under it and attached to the shelving front legs.
Tire rack is installed just above floor level so tires can be rolled into the rack rather than lifted. There is 4” or so storage under the tire rack. The slit cut in tire rack support is for the 4” splitter to pass thru. Did this to prevent the wing from being touched by the aluminum ramp extensions attached to the back door. I use a tie strap to prevent any vertical movement of the tires.
To improve clearance for the splitter, I have two 6” wide x 2” thick X __l’ boards that create the right angle for loading/unloading. They are supported in the middle to prevent sagging. This turns out to be at the top edge of the door when down.
Aluminum angle was installed parallel to the walls at the same depth as the interior trailer fenders for storage of jacks, leveling blocks of wood, etc. They are retained against the wall with a 1 ½” tie strap. Flat aluminum pieces are used to cover the gap between the rear door and trailer floor when the door is open.
I chose not to install cabinets so I had visibility to everything other than tools for quick access. The front corners have various items stored and retained by either the tool boxes or tires.

I have a 28' that is perfect for me. One of the best things is the in-floor spare storage, and there's also enough room in there for jack and jack stands. I am going to add a tire rack to it shortly. When you guys installed yours did you go all the way through the walls to the outside? I'm worried about all the weight bouncing around above my car.
