Default C7 Transmission fluid.. M7, track days

Tracking a 17 GS M7

Doesnt say anything in the track PDF from GM about trans fluids or anything else besides tires, brake burnish, upgraded engine oil, alignment..

Im doing my 5th track day this coming Friday... ive changed engine oil 3 times now, on my second set of tires, pads and brake fluid changes..

I do have the power steering cooler btw (oem).. diff oil?

options or thoughts?

You're supposed to change the rear diff fluid after the first event and then after every 24 track hours. No recommendations on transmission fluid. I just do it once year since it gets quite hot on track.

My 2017 Z51 owner's manual says to change the manual transmission fluid after every 15 hours of track use. I would've thought the GS is the same.

Ive found, with the stock fluid, my shifts start to get notchy on my 3rd track day. Switched to Amsoil and now it gets notchy on track day #4. I’m going to continue to run Amsoil and change my fluid every 3 track days. I’m changing trans and rear end every 3 days and oil before and after every event.
