Looking For Stocking Dealer - Raybestos Pads
Anyone know a dealer that stocks ST43 Pads in C7 Z51 sizes? I usually order from Porterfield which takes about two weeks. I'd like to get hold of a front set quickly. Yes, poor planning on my part.

Raybestos doesn't list a rear pad in ST43 or ST47. Porterfield takes another pad that has similar dimensions and mills the sides of the Raybestos to fit the rear (the front pads are a stock Raybestos item) and repackages them.
I've always liked Raybestos products; great performance for the price. Randall used to sell them for fair prices, but I think the other vendors mark them up more and complained to Raybestos, so Randall raised prices. Sounds like price-fixing to me?.......
I tried the Power Stop Trackday pads on my new C7 (Z51) and at the NCM track they did fine performance-wise. This track is easier on brakes than a lot of tracks though.
My next pads will be from Essex. Jeff Ritter has been posting that the Ferrados are a good option for the C7. Maybe he will respond to this thread with the part numbers for a Z51. Everything Essex sells is top drawer, so I would expect very good performance.

lots of wrong info above...
for the rear, just buy another set of fronts. but just use 4 of them instead of 6.
the pads are identical.
Raybestos themselves recomended this when they were out of stock everywhere.
but raybestos DOES make ST43 rears

I'm running a C7 Z51. Purchased fronts and rears from Porterfield with no issues. I just need to replace the fronts at the moment. I'll try KNS and Randal Tuesday morning.
If I can't get a set of ST43 fronts quickly I'll give another brand a try. Thanks for the responses.
