Cable Rosenburg from Arizona. Second in TT1 with his 2016 ACR. Motor made a little too much horsepower on the dyno so he had to switch from Michelin slicks to Hooziers to stay in class - cost him a little on his lap times. Cable has a 9 liter TTU Viper that is plenty strong, but he opted to bring the TT1 car to this event.

Cable is fast! Aside from fast, he is dedicated. We worked a little bit with him (Actually it was adam, who we consider part of our family) in may for the regional race.

Update coming soon. Video coming sooner! Still covered up, what a weekend.

How is it that none of the Radicals, Ginettas, sports racers, did not win TTU? It seems there is no way one of the production chassis Corvettes or Vipers should stand a chance against those cars in TTU.

Impressive driving Chet. You really did well as a Championship rookie. Your steering, throttle and braking inputs are smooth and measured, and you get on the gas early. Your driving line is spot on and disciplined.

I bet with a protective HANS and driving suit you would have been in the 2:23s for the win. ;-)

If I am not misinformed, several registered but later canceled due to the forecast heavy rain.

glad to see AZ there (cable). He is a good dude.. sorry to hear he dyno went a bit hi for him.. big difference i image running the hoosiers v. the michelins. i bet that arroqw racing 9.0L is a monster in his ACR!

Olitho - those Corvettes and Vipers are serious cars.. even in street trim.

gspeed - thx for the -ics and updates! love to see it and live vicariously through your exp. glad it went well and look forward to seeing the vids!

I agree, but a purpose built 2000 lbs Ls3 powered Ginetta with an upside down wing for a body is a total over dog to a Corvette or Viper.
