Default c6z wheel hubs

Can anyone recommend a good Wheel Hub for track duty? I have replaced 3 AC delco hubs this summer , Was in a pinch went to Auto Zone and their cheap hub did not last 10 minutes. Very frustrating

SKF is the way to go. Even with heavy track use and heat from carbon ceramic brakes, I usually get at least two years out or fronts and 3+ years out of the rears

SKF is about the best you can get.

Yes, skf here as well.

I'm trying to remember if there is even another viable option but I don't think so. Maybe some folks are running the zr1 hubs?

The ZR1 hubs are SKF I believe.

Correct.

I have two years of tracking on my SKF fronts and no issues as of yet. Three 3 day race weekend and maybe 15ish HPDE / Open track days running hard.

What are the factory hub equivalent, AC Delco or SKF? I have 100,000 miles and 3 years worth of track days on the original hubs. I don’t have an unlimited budget and do this just for fun. Just curious if my factory hubs have lasted this long I’d be OK with a direct replacement if it’s half the cost.

There is no factory equivalent of the SKF hubs... If you got 100K and 3 years of track days on the original hubs then consider yourself VERY LUCKY.

So the AC Delco would be the factory equivalent? I generally try to conserve my car on track. I drive there and back so I’m not trying to get 10/10’s out of it. I’m going to assume that for me, the AC Delco will probably last longer than I will be doing track days.

I'm switching over to SKF, and found Joe at Phoenix to be about the best price. He pointed out that the fronts and rears are identical except the rears have a splined hole so I'm only going to buy rears so a spare works anywhere.

That is correct...personally the down time and risk of down time IMO is worth getting the better hub. If your at the track and your hub fails at best you lost money spent for the weekend.. at worst it lost up and you hit a wall and suffer some serious damage to your car.
