Safety Car
Nope, will be doing a face swap (fenders and bumper covers are consumables), updating brake ducting, targeting ways to reduce pad knockback, scheduling a dyno, and strapping the freshly rebuilt twin screw onto the dually. Racing season in CO kicks off in April.

Hi Carl!!,
Good deal!! For both Homestead and Sebring I'll be in the TRB Autosport/Derhaag "compound" of 3 transporters or so. I'll make it a point to find you! We will be in our coach (hopefully) staying at the track as well. I thought about going down to at least Key Largo since we will be so close....might go make a few client calls over in the Tampa area between Homestead and Sebring - really only 3 days as we will be loading in that Wednesday after Sebring...gong to be a blast! First time for me to drive the new car...woo hoo!! See you there, Carl!

Well, just got back from two weeks in Florida for racing...WOW!! What a blast!! First time to drive the new car - what an amazing ride!! Having full crew, race engineer, coach, etc. really helps!!
-Homestead-Miami SCCA Majors:
2 Podiums / P3 for Saturday and Sunday races!! (as posted above)
-Sebring SCCA Super Tour:
P7 in class (21 cars), P16 overall (49 cars) for Saturday - crazy race - got 5 positions on the start, then on the 2nd lap there was a waving yellow, Corvette on fire in T7....led to a double yellow then a red flag then a black flag all...48 cars lined up on pit lane while the carnage was cleaned up....it was HOT...fortunately I have a hydration system, cool shirt, helmet blower, etc....so....they RE-GRIDDED us and restarted the race....still, there was another double yellow for a few laps, there were only 8 race laps.
Got bit by Sebring for the Sunday race, shock issue, did not take the checker but still managed to outlast a number of fellow competitors and ended up P13 in class (21 cars), P38 overall (49 cars).
Sitting in 2nd place in GT2 in the 2019 SCCA Majors Championship Point Standings, Southeast Conference. Maybe I need to go back to the Southeast and race Road Atlanta, VIR, Charlotte, Roebling, etc.... LOL!!
