TT opening weekend with Texas
I know the Gspeed crew posted some video with Paul wheeling the Gspeed corvette
i was in the same class with some stiff competition. TT3 nasa champ, TT2 nasa champ and some other record holders at msr Houston.
After doing a lot of offseason work I ended up tearing up a rear non skf hub. Without question Louis at Gspeed bent over backwards and helped me get it changed trackside.
Paul set the track record at a 1:36.9 Saturday evening setting the bar high.
Opened up sunday morning with a 1:38.xx knowing the car had more in it.
Second sunday session (I felt would be the fastest session) I went out on 3/4 Hc A7s and clipped a 1:36.5
Completely in high heaven I was done! Paul and Louis congratulate me and then I see Paul rolling out sticker Hoosiers! I accepted my defeat and was hoping the sun would warm the track fast!! I still decided not to go out and play it safe! Sun was out but still nice and cool. Track conditions were not falling off. Pul went out and ran a 35.6! Congrates to those guys! It was fun! Never been a top runner in TT (Atleast in Texas. Those jokers are fast) can’t hang my head on 2nd. And a track record...for 2 hours 😂

Very nice driving and great results! Thanks for the vid. I live vicariously through you guys during the winter up here in the Arctic tundra that is the Northeast.

fun to watch you beat the **** out of your headers too.
Chet bested me on Sunday pretty heartedly. I beat him on Saturday even if he only got 2 runs in before breaking. ;D
