The car is a C6 Z06. I just installed a Katech ZR1 splitter with an extended alumalite under tray (both came from RichieRichZ06 car), I already have brake ducts in the grill opening. I was wonder what people have used to plug the holes in the splitter to get the full effectiveness out of it, I seen people just put tape over the opening but I want something that looks better and more permanent.

I used black foam and clear helicopter tape, also wrap. Worked great even at Daytona.

Just made one out of carbon fiber, haven't mounted it yet, need to wet sand and polish before posting pictures, give me a couple of days

Plan on using front/rear flanges as mounting points to splitter (.4" birchwood plywood wrapped in carbon) in addition to the frame and bumper
