It needs to have enough flex that can spread it some when pulling it on so as not to pull my hearing aids off. I have a good motorcycle open face that allows this but it is not snell rated.

A thin head sock also works. I can pull my closed face helmet over my behind the ears hearing aids without dislodging them. An open-face helmet is a poor choice when it comes to protecting your face and eyes. Several years ago I was at an event where a car went off track and hit a tire wall on the passenger side. The passenger side mirror snapped off and flew through the window and hit the face shield of the instructor. The impact left a scrape on the face shield and probably would have been very painful if the face shield had been open or the instructor was using an open face helmet. When I have been on track I've had stones, tire turds and other things come through the window and hit my face shield.
I would recommnend this from Zamp. Large opening. Ear pockets are deep allowing room for helmet speakers so there should be room for hearing aids. . $345 shipped. White or gloss black

Thanks. I'm going to give this a try. I have a good Shoei FF that is Snell> Can't even come close to getting it on without ripping of my HA's.
ditch the hearing aids, get a comm system in the helmet if you need to talk to somebody in the next seat.
Being able to close a visor to protect from debris and fire is worth it. Hell I wear ear plugs in my track car most of the time.
This is just for low speed autocross (runs less that a minute). With out hearing aids I have 80% hearing loss so I need to be able to hear the car. Don't need a com system either.
