Whats your spending range?? Have a 65 Coupe that may be for sale. Painted, needs to be put together. Matching numbers.

If your comment "up to 10" means up to $10,000, your going to have to get real about where the market is for mid-years, even as beat out parts cars. Good luck in your search.

I have A 67 project that sounds perfect for you. Have lots of parts frame is good and i have brand new suspenion package and brake package from VBP all upgraded. Birdcage is good shape the body has flared fenders and front spoiler but needs work. If you are looking for a c2 that you want to build this is a good one. This car is in your budget so email me if you want to see pictures.

While looking through Craigslist tonight, I ran across a '64 coupe for what appears a decent price on a running/driving car.

http://orlando.craigslist.org/cto/2141881690.html

$27,500.

I don't know if that is what you are looking for or not.

There are many of us who are current in the market and pricing of C2s, if you found these cars in junk yards JUMP ON THEM even if they are far. I haven't seen sub (well under) 10K cars in more then 15 years.

If you aren't interested in these cars, please post them for others that are closer to buy.

What is a "vert" I don't mean to sound like I am a newbee. But, I thought "vert" was a corvette. BTW
I have a 65 coupeProject for sale, I really hate to sell it, but my wife said if I want to buy a nice cruiser, one of my projects have to go. I currently have 3 projects, (Not including my 2 daily drivers I have to maintain). 2 63 swc and the 65 coupe.
Here is the story on the 65. It was hit hard on the front drivers side. The frame was bent (I got it straight) the front clip was damaged (got another front clip) Hood needs a little fiberglass work. I have everything for the car except the HL Motors, Rocker Panels, front bumpers, Grill and some misc pieces. I wont know what'smissing until I start putting it back together. Price 20,000.00. This may seem a lot, but the car is all there and mostly put together. All you need is to put the front back together. i took the body off to straighten the frame. The car will be worth around 35,000.00 when put back together. All it will take is a little labor. If interested call me 225 202 0078. I have to give my friend fried who sold the car to me first choice to buy it back. When i saw your post and my wife noticed there may be someone interested in a project, well you know the rest of the story. The car will be fun putting it back together.

Howdy,

I will buy any project car under 10k you can forward to me, and stash it until I have time to get to it.
