I talked to this guy and got a lot of pictures. The car has a quicky spray job with over spray everywhere on the frame inner fenders etc. and the motor looks like it was just tossed in a cheap as possible.

I told him $35K was not even in the ballpark. He claims he's been offered and turned down $32K.

For me it was a no go.

Agreed, its worth about $28K if you want a project and can do you own work.
