We are looking for CLEAN pre-owned Corvettes of any year to purchase. We will give you a check for your car if it meets our needs. We have bought two from Forum members this week and need many more. Of course we cannot pay full retail for it but if you need to sell it quick and can take wholesale for it please contact me rick@buyavette.net

Innovative business model. Thanks for the offer and where do you derive your C1/C2 "wholesale" prices from?

I subscribe to the NADA Classic, Collectible Appraisal Guide. They show Weight, MSRP, Low-Avg-High prices. Where do you get wholesale? There prices and the Corvette Magazine buyers guide edition published twice a year, seam to be fair. Of course we all have a lot of time, sweat equity, new/repro parts, and feel our cars are worth a little more. They are only worth what some fool will give for them on any given day...... We just have to live with it and hope to sell when times are good!

The guy's a dealer and he did say 'quick' so of course you'll have to lower your standards. He provides a service and he's in it to make money, it's the nature of business.
You can sit on your car for years hoping for the right buyer at the right price but some people don't want a year or two of putting their car through a dutch auction dealing with all sorts of tyre kickers visiting their property.
