Help! Need a convertible 65-67
I have been looking for two years and fortunately have met some friends on this forum who won't let this novice buyer purchase a vehicle without a clean bill of health. I previously had only been in the market for a numbers matching L79 engine but am open for a nice restomod where the owner isn't looking to recoup all his/her costs. I do not love yellow or green (mosport being the exception). Lyndale is a favorite. I want to buy right ideally in the 50's but could go much higher for a true value. Located in Los Angeles but will send an inspector out of town with no problem. Thanks for the help and respect this forum's expertise

Like I said, I could go "much higher" for a true value (restomod included) and I'll be sure to send you my second choice after I buy #1 !!! Cheers

I hope I'm not posting another scam car (I posted one last night that was apparently a scam, scammers suck) but this ones about an hour away from me on craigslist, seems like a decent price but I know you weren't a fan of green.

OK so I didn't want to end this thread prematurely but I am awaiting delivery of my 1966 matching numbers L79 convertible with factory air and power steering to boot. Will post more pictures upon arrival and hope I'm not jinxing her safe arrival from across the country. I leaned on two posters who will be thanked in my concluding post in order to authenticate my first corvette!! Thanks also to CorvetteWill who went above and beyond to scour the "for sale" sites.
