Looking for a car listed for sale in New Jersey
I've been looking off and on for a few years for a somewhat specific car. I want a 66 convertible in Laguna Blue with Dark Blue interior and L79 engine.
I recently googled and found a car on multiple used car websites (three links below). I have found this same car listed on at least four different websites. All have the same write up and say the car is in Mawah NJ. There is no direct contact info for the seller, just the ability to send some form of communications through the website. I've tried communicating through at least three of the sites with no response.
I don't think it smells like a scam, but I thinking it may be an older listing and somehow these websites troll for listings and relist them on their sites trying to become an intermediary in the sale and make a few bucks. Just my guess.
Anyone on this forum familiar with any of the website and whether they are legit or not?
Anyone from the Mahwah NJ area familiar with the car?

STAND DOWN, your search is over.I bought the car in November and had all the odds and ends done over the winter Soft top and frame restored,
wiring harness, headlight motors rebuild, clock, antenna ETC.
One thing that sold me on the car was the paint had to be a 10k plus job
Did a few shows this summer and cruises to Ice Cream parlor with wife
If your ever in NY give me a shout will go for a ride

EBAY, the bidding ended at 49.5 he thought the car was worth mid 50s but there were a few items not working so was able to get it closer to 50
unfortunately I cant do my own repairs so all in was right around 55K
