1957 Arctic Blue / Venetian Red Interior Both Tops Great Driver $65k
1957 Corvette, Arctic Blue with Venetian Red interior, white soft top and blue hard top. Great running and driving car, long term ownership. Engine is a correct vintage block and heads 283/270HP, with later model Muncie 4-speed. Intake manifold is a 66-67 Corvette L-79 with Holley Carb. Rare 9 fin Corvette aluminum valve covers. Stock exhaust manifolds with correct full exhaust system out the back. I purchased this motor off of John Hinkley years ago and it runs perfect.
Interior restored about 15 years ago with Al Knoch correct reproduction waffle pattern materials. White Al Knoch soft top installed around same time. Currently running American Racing Torque Thrust Wheels with BFG Radial TA's. Wonderbar radio with power pack in place but not functioning, it has worked in the past. Entire front suspension restored and powder coated around 5 years ago, and I just had the alignment checked within the last month.
Exterior paint is estimated to be 30+ years old, but still shows well and has a nice shine. If you are looking for a show car, trailer queen, move on in your search. This is a car that can be enjoyed, requires minimal maintenance, and runs excellent. Turn the key and go cruising, that is what these cars were built for!!
Asking $65k, reasonable offers and trades considered. I have had this car a long time, this is the last 56-57 that I have left and has always been my favorite.
Serious buyers only please, don't waste my time or your time. It is priced right. Located within 15 minutes of West World for those coming to Scottsdale for auction week in January. Fly out and drive it home!!

Was the dash top painted body color from the factory? I thought they were interior colored?

Done deal, Jim. Very excited about the car. Exactly what I have been looking for. Just need to activate the heater delete for those cool Minnesota fall days.

Well, today was the day to say goodbye to my old friend of 18 years. We are all just stewards to care for these wheels for some amount of time, hope Dan enjoys her as much as I did!! P.S. This was one of the nicest transporters inside that i have ever seen.

A seamless transaction. Thanks, Jim. I have been looking for a car like this for a long time. It has 60s written all it. Reminds me of my own '57 that I bought just before leaving for college in '67 (didn't bother telling my parents) but this car is so much nicer and fits the period so well. Gotta love the Torq Thrust wheels.
It has a good home. I have a hobby garage in my basement, so while the snow is blowing with temps in the -10 degree range, the car will sit in a dry 70 degree environment.
