1966 Corvette Coupe L79 Black/White
Hello Community! I am putting up my 1966 Black Corvette Coupe for sale. She is Date Code correct, but not matching numbers, rebuilt, but not by me. Transmission is said to be original. Car has headrest. I purchased her a couple of years ago from a dealership in Missouri. The colors are correct, including the White/Blue Interior. Car looks awesome and drives fantastic. It has no power steering nor power brakes, but does have discs all around. The 350hp 327 is extremely strong and the side pipes are quite powerful sounding! Included in pics is the actual list included when I purchase it. Everything works, including the original looking radio, antenna, all interior lights, exterior lights (one turn signal bulb may be out, but I will get it fixed), blinkers, clock, etc. Here is a list of what I added:
-rebuilt the parking brake
-new Vintage AC system (blows real cold), with new larger alternator (all original system included)
-bluetooth am with speakers on jack tray (original blue carpet for tray included, and no cutting was done for system)
-re did the disc brakes
-new front windshield weatherstrip
-spinners on wheels (wheels after market bolt ons not actual spinners)
All else was done before me. Some ownership history and paperwork come with the car. I am not a corvette expert (have had a few newer ones). I am quite interested in a 1958-60 for my next one. This is not a fire sale, but I don't expect on making any money on her, and am asking quite less than I have in her. This is a hobby for me, and I typically invest more than I get out, but it is so much fun to experience them. I just don't drive this car enough.
Non perfect areas: vinyl seats look to be original, and have cracks on the stitch, but hard to notice, windshield trim needs to be adjusted (guys who put the new windshield rubber hadn't done one before), small bubbles around wipers as if sprayed with debris there (can send details pics, paint looks great other than that, ad is newer), and the driver door needs a bit of adjusting, but I don't trust anyone down here to mess with it.
Last quick note, the car is beautiful, drives laser straight, and does not quit! I don't own trailer queens, I drive my cars, and don't double park at the movies, LOL. This is the coolest looking car that I have owned, but also quite expensive to sit in the garage. I have driven the car in 100 degree weather with air on, in traffic and it will not overheat! I will answer any questions as best I can, and welcome inspections. I own a construction company so am quite busy, but will respond. Selling for $67,500. OFFERS OVER $61,500 CONSIDERED
THANK YOU ALL!

Shows the spinners I put on. Blue wall tires came with car and are in perfect shape.
I have replaced seat head rest metal so they now sit correctly, and installed correct seatbelt retractor covers
This is pic before vintage air.

Yes, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Agreed to a price, I took it down, then he tried to negotiate! Typical for that site. We decided to keep it for a bit longer and take a road trip. Thank you again!

Thanks, I wish I could keep all of them! My wife is nice enough to let me keep three and my pickup! Here are the last three! Not a penny of profit, BUT a million smiles!! It's a great hobby that is relatively inexpensive due to people like us appreciating them! Thanks! 58-60 Vette probably next.

Good Morning Community,
First, thank you all for responding and sending me info on possible trade opps, but I have had an opportunity come up and am now hoping to sell it outright. I am going to consider any offers over $61,500! That's a big drop, so I hope she goes to one of your garages soon. I have enjoyed my Vette, but it's time to get her to someone that will use her more often than me. I know I will regret it one day, as this is by far the coolest and most engaging car I have had! $10k discount from what I have in her.
Thank you guys for all the awesome cars sent in for consideration, and for the offers! Clean title is in hand.
Have a great Day, and PM me if anyone is interested. Have tons more pics.
