1958 Corvette
Having recently sold my 66 L72 (thanks Forum Members), I am now looking to return to the comfort, ride and handling of a 1958 Corvette! Fuelie preferred with a 4-speed. Hard top helpful. Would prefer "matching numbers" (loosely interpreted) but at least date code correct. Do not want a trailer queen so a #2 or #3 condition car would be nice. I am in the southern Utah/Las Vegas, NV area so hoping for something close.

This one looks like it checks most of your boxes. I do not know the car or the owner.

Great minds must think alike (lol)! I already contacted the owner of this car. Nice car but not numbers matching and a paint change. Still a really nice car but overpriced by $20k (imo).

Update!
Fellow forum member, rccarson (Reg), owned a beautiful 1958 Fuelie, Charcoal with Inca Silver coves, Charcoal interior and a Black hardtop. I finally had the opportunity to fly up to the great Pa
cific Northwest and inspect the car. It was exactly as represented by Reg. I am proud to say it is now MY 58 Fuelie! A buddy and I will be driving up this Monday to pick it up and bring it back to southern Utah.
My search is finished.
I thank all the responding members for their leads and suggestions!

Congratulations. Love that Charcoal and it's a fuelie. Beautiful. Enjoy it.

What a great looking '58! It appears that you got something a little beyond a #3 or #2 condition car.
Have you owned a fuel injected car before? Are you driving it home?

1958 Fuelie Vette
tiful 66 L72 coupe, a 63 SWC and a 65 Big Block currently under restoration.
I previously owned one other fuelie vette--a 64 that was Satin Silver with a Black interior. I've attached a few pictures. It was a fairly nice, restored car that actually ran and drove rather decently.
