Update:

1) Just finished repairing/replacing clutch linkage setup: New Gorilla Spring, Push Rod Bushing (Steel), Pivot ball ends perfect, repacked (greased) Zbar,
2) Rebuilt Windshield Washer Pump and cap, new hose lines, sprayers and switch. (Jay Maxwell).

Update: New supply hose from washer water tank to "T" to sprayers was completely clogged!!!
Cleared with compressed air....Jay Maxwell Repaired Pump now sprays water over the hard top!! Very Frustrating....been trying to figure out why pump was not operational....

CHECK YOUR NEW HOSES BEFORE YOU INSTALL THEM!!!!

awesome looking 61! It should sell, as all the prices for 61s cluster at about 10+ k more. Bought my 13k miles 61 two years ago for 44$, and needed hardtop(4K), carb, clutch. So, if I were vette-less, I’d snag this!

Your car looks great and would certainly be a lot of fun! I love the 70's vibe it gives off! Good luck with the sale and I wish I was in the market right now for a cool C1!!!

hey there. I have a 61 with 13k miles on her and it was a drag car with a DZ z-28 302, then swapped to 327/340 engine, swapped 4:11 s for 3:08-yawn, THEN locked it in sealed garage x 30+ years! The next owner was Rod Sabory, who sells a lot, and Rod is a nice guy. Bought it, wife followed me, then a drunk forced her into guardrails, totalling her car! New Holley 770 , TT wheels, and a hardtop and tune too. Has goodies-track bars, sway bars removed, scatter shield, electric fans, button tuft seats and doors and dash, and the custom ribbon candy” paint job from 70’s.
so, from one custom painted car owner to another, don’t accept any devaluing conversation about our period correct two year run of duckback cars. Yep, we love period correct adornment that is analygous to nos parts.
hey I’d like to ask a couple of off topic about our cars. Text 443-518-6234 or micksnip@gmail.com
