Hey Matt,

shipping a Corvette in a Container from LA (CA) with in total 2 cars costs ca USD 1.500 (or even less) plus insurance (a good insurance 1,5% of value of Car + shipping costs) (a cheap insurane 0,5%)

If your car is as described, and I have no doubt, you should be able to achieve EUR 100.000 here in Europe (USD 112.000) for that beauty - I bought my 67 some months ago, otherwise I would have been seiously interested

Think about taking her to Europe!

Are the two "H" letters on the engine assembly stamp made with the same font? I have heard some original engines might have two diff. H fonts... on the same block.

Hey lolo_frenchie!

What about classic car insurance? In the US, I use Hagerty, they're great, I pay $500/year and car his insured for a value of $80k!
Any idea of cost for a similar insurance in France?

Merci!

I don‘t know about France. In Germany it is even less than $500.-
Maybe you can ask the people you are going to join in France or ask google.
AXA is a french insurance company. They probably offer that kind of „oldtimer“ insurance.

I matt.

For my C3 insured for 42K Euros, I pay 530 E. I think you can have a full risk insurance for your car for 600 E...

No it looks to be the wide H with a narrower H, which is what I'd expect to see on a '65 L76.

Really fine car that you have. Just my opinion, but Glen Green is so much better than '67 Goodwood Green.
