Default 1961 Corvette

I bought this car 20 years ago and am ready to move on. I'm looking for a 1970 Super Bee or 1970-1973 'Cuda.
When I bought this car it had a 327 in it that did not run. The last time it was on the road previous to me buying it was 1976. Since it wasn't the original motor anyway I bought a new GM crate engine. (350 CU. IN. 330 HP.) I'm not sure of the miles on the engine, but I think I have around 3,000 miles on it. The odometer reads around 64,000 miles.
I also installed new carpet and soft top from Al Knock. The seats were restored with new covers. (I got them from ZIP) The hood and front fenders was repainted in 2000. (The whole car could use a paint job but I was always afraid to because then I would be afraid to drive it) LOL The pictures tell most of the story about the paint. Rims are Cragar Drag Stars with BF Goodrich tires. I installed new front disc brakes and all new stainless steel brake lines. All in all this is a very clean and nice driver. $50,000. Please contact me via private message. I will keep checking on this thread. I'm located near Fort Wayne, IN.
Thanks!

Plan on getting the car out this weekend. It's supposed to be in the upper 60's.

I got the car out last night and man it feels good to run through the gears. Here it is at the new house until it's sold.

Default Make me a reasonable offer

Back to the top. Make me a reasonable offer. I really would like to see this gone so I can seriously look for another muscle car.
Thanks.

After viewing the rules, I believe I'm OK to post that this car will be going on "bring a trailer.com" soon.
Thanks!

I seen it on B.A.T. this morning. A few Vettes bring a decent bid on that site but not all. Its a great site for a Porsche and other foreign stuff. God luck with the auction.

Default Fuelie or not.

I'm not sure if any of you have been following the "Fuelie or not" thread on the forum, but it looks as though this car originally had the fuel injected 283/315hp engine in it.
Go to https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...t-corvette-23/ and bid.
Thanks.

I imagine several deals have been worked out in the past. I was high bidder on a pickup that did not reach the reserve and the seller and I made a deal. BAT gave the seller my contact info and we both saved money. I know it sure made my grandson happy. Transporting it was another story.

OK, I'm suddenly turning into a very motivated seller. Make me a reasonable offer. No trades, I need the cash.
