1963 Convertible Black w/ Black interior
1963 Corvette convertible. Very beautiful C2, has non-original 350 V-8 with correct GM aluminum intake. 4-speed manual transmission, just spent $4,500 in Jan 2019 servicing the car, including a full brake system refurbish, tune up, MSD ignition system with gear-drive distributor, oil change, fluid flush and air cleaner. Body is very nice and the black paint is excellent. Headlights work correctly, all lights, blinkers and interior/cluster lights function properly. Cooling system, brake system, electrical charging systems all function properly. Car drives very well, starts every time, drives straight and sounds good. Tires are 85% tread remaining. Nice black convertible top, windows roll-up properly. All gauges work properly except for the fuel gauge (needs a sending unit.) I have a set of original GM hood pans (cookie sheets) that sell with the car. $36,500 p.s.: I had my 63 up for sale last year when a horrific tragedy struck my town… I work at the regional medical center and did not have time to deal with the sale of the car for several weeks, and in that time my ad went inactive; so I want to apologize to any of you who expressed interest in the car back in May but never heard back from me. The car has only gotten better since then, and I believe I have it priced very reasonably for the corvette that it is. I am only selling because I am close to finishing my 1966 427 car, and need the garage space. This is a very fun, reliable car that is always a favorite at car meets and shows, and gets tons of attention anywhere I take it, it’s a great driver car without the huge outlay of cash, but will only go up in value over time – a great investment at $36,500 Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
