Default 1960 Cascade Green Corvette-Frame Off Restoration

Hi Folks, I decided to sell my 1960 Corvette. The car had a frame off restoration a few years ago by the previous owner. The chassis, stock suspension and brakes have all been rebuilt. Any minor body work was completed and then painted Cascade Green. All the chrome and stainless was also restored. Most of the interior was restored to stock but the seat covers which are custom made and still look good. I have the package tray and side dash trim which needs to be painted. The engine is a mild 350 which runs and sounds great. It has a Borg Warner 4-speed transmission with a stock shifter. Feels like a 4:11 posi rear end which would make sense with the high red line tach. Stock wheels and hubcaps with newer Coker tires. Excellent driving C1 with a beautiful color combination. Asking $62k. Sale pending

Yours is a great looking '60! There were only 140 reported Cascade Green painted Corvettes in '60.

A buddy of mine had his Cascade Green car at Bloomington 3 - 4 years ago and was judged. It attracted all kinds of attention. So much so that Adam Boca from the Corvette Museum / Insurance Co. asked if he would be willing to loan the car to the Museum for the Museum's Rare Colors Display. I hauled it down there for him.

That is one sweetheart of a car.....Nicely done on the resto, and great choice of color if that's the original.

Very best of luck with the sale....Top notch 1960

Nice weekend for a drive in a classic Corvette. Classic Corvette trades would be considered. Have a great day!

Hi Folks, We had a nice weekend last week which gave me a opportunity to change the oil and filter and take the car for a ride. It does have a aftermarket 7 quart oil pan. I had to adjust the choke setting a little leaner, it was running a little rich when cold. I did not check the numbers on the carb but looks like a 650 Holley double pumper model. The intake is a Edelbrock Performer RPM. It also has a complete MSD ignition system with a tach drive distributor and a 6AL ignition box. I did not get any specs on the engine build but the cam sounds good, probably a 350hp hydraulic cam. The engine has plenty of get up and go with the higher gear ratio in the differential. Please call with any questions or offers. Thanks and have a great day. Art

Hi Folks, I had a out of the country party interested in the car. He paid to have the car inspected. The only thing he found not working besides the radio was the high beams and dash lights not working. I replaced the headlight switch and the high beams switch. Both are working as they should. He stated he would buy the car, but no deposit has been made. I am also still considering 1957 Corvette or custom C1 or C2 as a possible trade. Feel free to call or text with any questions. Thanks. Art

looks stock with some punch, "just right" good luck with the sale.
Someone had the right idea when they put that one together.
