63 Heater plumbing help please!
I want to make certain I have my heater plumbing correct. The hose on the lower inlet of the heater core goes direct to intake manifold. The hose on the upper inlet of the heater core goes to the water pump, after passing through the "T" for the puke tank. Is this correct? Now, which inlet on the heater core is the in and which is the out?

Coolant is pumped into the engine at the front of the block and exits through the water outlet to the radiator and the nipple in the inlet manifold to the INLET of the heater core via 5/8" hose.
The heater outlet circuit is via 3/4" hose (with the expansion tank teed into this line), and it routes to the suction side of the coolant pump.
The heater core inlet is the smaller diameter nipple (5/8"), which should be on the bottom.
