Brutal64

I'm looking to replace the outer door handles on my '64 and there are handles for early build 64's and late build '64's. What build date distinguishes an early from a late build? What are the other differences besides door handles?

Early build 64's have a raised pad below the door handle/lock combination. Late build 64's are smooth below the door handle. I didn't realize there was an actual difference between the door handles. My car has a build date of Oct 63 and it is an early build. Jim
