I'm ready to assemble my dash for reinstallation, so I broke out my brand new screw sets for both the instrument cluster and the glove box frame that holds each to the dash pads themselves. The dash pads have small, square shaped inserts that it looks like you are supposed to thread the screws into...problem is, my new screw sets are way too big to fit in the inserts. Are the inserts supposed to be there? Are my screws the wrong size? Not sure if I should try to find a smaller, black screw that will fit or to use the correct screws and put a washer and nut on the back side...I searched multiple vendors, and couldn't find the inserts...

Just answered my own question...went back and looked at the dash, and lo and behold that in one of the holes, this little guy was in there...screws fit it perfectly. Anyone know what it's called so I can get the right ones?
