I guy stopped me in my Z06 and asked me to follow him home to see his Vette. It was a 1954 being used as a storage table. Engine was out of the car and the body had no paint. Interior was old and worn out. Tires had some air, but this car has not moved in 15 or 20 years. He said he moved it to Ohio from California about that long ago.
What is a 54 Vette in such bad shape worth?

Like any collectable car, a lot more info will be required if a reasonable estimate is to be made. Items like drivetrain components, their numbers, completeness of car including as much information as possible as lots of parts for these early ones are real expensive and real hard to get.

If your considering buying this car or offering it to readers of this forum then you'll either have to get lots of info or get someone with lots of knowlege on the early cars to check it out.
