Apparently this outfit is refitting C1 & C2 Vettes with C4 or C5 suspensions and engines. They ain't cheap either.

I got a laugh out of the owners write up on how he always wanted a C1 but nearly killed himself twice when he test drove a 58 due to it's bad handling.

I know a C1 isn't the best handling car but I think it's a great exageration on his part.

Cheers

"nearly killed himself twice "
With the xtra power of a C5, he will pull it off for sure this time.

Retrovette is a shop Called Outrageous, Owner is very talented but the credit for the conversion should go to Paul Newman who did the frame conversion allowing the suspension and drivetrain to work. I also have a converted car and love it. C5 power is nothing compared to healthy rat!
