Lt1driver,
Power to the starter (the post that also provides power to the coil)
and ground to the block, cross the starter bolts with a screwdriver and
she should fire up provided you also have a fuel source.

Be real carefull.You must have some sort of a emergency shut off available be sides pulling the coil wire.Seems silly but make sure what you are doing is SAFE and have a plan in case you do have to shut it down Quick.Why are you running it on a stand? How are you planning on keeping engine cool.BE CAREFULL

Running on stand since if I have any problems easier to fix, also need to detail engine compartment and clean cobwebs out since I restored over 15 years ago. I only want to put engine in one time. Will post when I run engine with results. :D :D :seeya
