F-41 was a big block only option. Depending on the year, you could get F-40 with the small block (essentially the same thing).
Not all big blocks had F-41. It was an option and mandatory only on L-88 IIRC.

In '65, F40 was only available with L84 (F.I.) or L78 (396/425hp) engines.
In '66, F41 was only available with the L72 (427/425hp) engine.
In '67, F41 was only available with the L71 (427/435) or L88 engines.

While we are talking about F41 suspension, Could someone with f41 suspension please measure their front sway bar. I know that the F40 sway bar was 7/8" or .875 and the F41 was 15/16" or .937 but mine measures .915 so it kind of falls in between. Could this be right?

F40 and F41 are the same thing - they just changed the RPO number after '65 to F41.
Small-block front bars were 3/4", standard big-block bars were 7/8", and F40/41 bars were 15/16". Yours is most likely just a slightly undersize F41 bar.
