High Octane Gasoline
Does anyone know where I can pick up some 100 plus octane fuel in the southwest Orlando area? I would like to blend some higher octane fuel with the unleaded in my 67. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Try this website, different distributers have different race fuels. I add 5 gallons of 110 leaded to each tank in my L-72, runs fine. I drove to the nearest dist., an hour away, filled up 8 five gallon gas cans two months ago and thats enough for the summer.

Another Option..........
Try aviation gas. Just get access to your local general avaiation airport and fill up. Most airports are set up so you only have to stick a credit card in the pump - same as at your local gas station.

You can get real Tetraethyl Lead (TEL) and add it to your gas. The brand name is Octane Supreme 130 made by Kemco http://www.kemcooil.com/product_info.php?pId=61
This will increase the octane and provide lead for the valve seats. I am using on my L79 and it runs fine. I also have 110 octane leaded racing fuel available but have not resorted to this since I started to use the TEL.

I have heard that Aviation fuel should NOT be used in a car. It has additives that are not good for Automobile engines. Search for other threads on this and lead additive subjects.
