Default '64 Cooling Question

So around town, no problem running around 180-190 degrees in traffic, but on the highway, it slowly climbed up to 230-235 and stayed around there. I didn't have to go too far but my '57 cools more on the highway.

What should I look at first?

Lower radiator hose sucking flat? Has it a coil spring inside for support?

How long has it been since a flush? I know mine was running hot and I flushed the system and put in water wetter. It ran significantly better.

Running warm on the highway is usually an indication of a radiator issue.
