Default carb tuning question

On a holley DP should there be any clearance between the acelerator pump levers and the adjustment bolts with the carb in the closed position?

I want to say on mine that the primary has no clearance, but the secondary does.

The accellerator pump lever to diaphragm clearance is chkd at wide open throttle. Should be.015. This is to insure diaphragm is not stretched
