How to "Center" 67 Steering Wheel
Ever since I got my car, the steering wheel has been slightly off center when driving straight - in other words the center prong of the wheel sits more at 5:00 than a perfect 6:00. Is this something that can be adjusted easily? If so, how? Thanks.

If you pull the steering wheel hub off you can fix the problem.
I removed by hub (65) this winter to replace the turn signal switch & neglected to pay attention to the position of the hub. Needless to say after reinstalling & roadtesting the wheel was far from centered. Removed the steering wheel / hub off and adjusted.
Of course you'll need a standard wheel puller.
Should have also stated that I had an alignment performed prior to turn signal switch
replacement.

Drifting
If your steering wheel is off by only a little bit, repositioning the hub on the splines will probably make it off the other direction.
You need to move it by adjusting the tie rods, one in and one out, in whichever direction is needed to get the steering wheel on center. If it's off to the left (5 o'clock instead of 6), you need to shorten the left tie rod and lengthen the right tie rod an equal amount. Start with 1/4 turn on each and go from there.
