Will 15x7 with a 4.25x5 bolt pattern fit on a 62?
I am using disc brakes on the front so I want to make sure there is no clearance problems there and on the fenders.
I guess it is suppose to be 5 x 4-3/4

Yes, but you'll want at least 4.00 inches of backspacing for two reasons; to keep the tires off the fiberglass (better to rub the frame than the fiberglass), especially if your planning on running wider P215 or P225 tires. And because most of the C1 front disc conversions on the market bump the front track out an extra 1" inch (1/2 " per side).

On the 56, I have 15x6 up front and 15x7 on the rear with 225/75 all around. These wheels are STOCK steel GM A-body (Cutlass, Malibu, etc) wheels from the mid-70s (15x6 were on 2 & 4dr and 15x7 were on wagons).
They DO not have the 4 nubs required for retention of the full wheel covers, but they DO have 4 nubs on the wheel centers to retain dogdish caps.
With this combination I can get my little finger between the rear sidewall and the leaf spring. On the front, with a REALLY hard turn, all the way to lock, SOMETIMES the tire will BARELY rub. I can live with it just fine.
I THINK, I THINK, I THINK, the 15x7 steel, stock wheels and the 15x7 Ralleys have the same back spacing. And here is why I say that. A VERY GOOD friend of mine has a 62 with 15x7 Ralleys. He had a VERY sharp welder weld 4 small beads on each wheel to retain the full wheel covers and all fits and clears fine on his 62.
