what is this??
i found this while going through some boxes. looks like trunk hinge? c-1? i don't have my car handy to compare. thanks.

Yes, that is a folding top cover hinge. Looks like it fits 53 to 57 cars, maybe up to 62. My book doesn't have the part numbers we would need to verify the part interchange. From the color I would guess it's a 57 Orange car like a friend had.
