2.02 Versus 1.94 Heads
I have a set of 461X heads that were just finished and ready to install. My '61 is the stock 315 Hp fuelie with stock exhaust manifolds,411's and the stock off road exhaust. I would like to know if I would gain any significant advantage or HP by putting on the 2.02's and shelving the stock

Why?
With a standard bore 283 (3.875in) it is quite likely that the larger 2.02 intake valve will make contact with the top of the cylinder bore. You MAY even be safe with the 2.02 valves with only a .030 bore.
If you are taking the engine to the machine shop and having it rebuilt, then where you WILL see some benefit is to have the intake ports port matched with the FI base plate and have the intake runners, bowls and combustion chambers cleaned up. I do not mean a complete port and polish, just simply clean up the rough casting surfaces.
The next thing that could be done to provide some improvement (and it WILL NOT be correct) is add 2 1/2in manifolds and AT LEAST a 2 1/2in pipe back to the mufflers, and of course preferably, all the way back to the end of the tail pipes.

But if you do the related things (e.g., unshroud the intakes, pocket-port, 3-angle valve job, etc.), most definitely a significant advantage.
