Default 66 ignition switch

I bought a new, correct switch from LI corvettes, and a new ign cylinder from Zip. The cyl has two tabs at the case but the switch doesnt have any cut-outs to except the tabs. there is no way that i can see the cylinder fully seating in the switch. any ideas?

Maybe you need to return one or the other, then get both from the same source. Also ask about the two being matched together. Dennis

Can you send me a picture of both items so I can see if it is an issue with our product?

thanks

The old switch looks right, does the new cylinder fit it?

What's the new switch look like? I suspect that's your problem. I rebuild the old Delco ones and I don't think anyone but vendors on e-bay have NOS items.
