Default Front sway bar help

Doe anyone have a picture of the orientation of the front sway bar on a 66 427 car?. Looks like it will go on two ways. The end "eyelets" angle up toward the body or down toward the ground. And should this be semi-black or cast blast color?
Thanks.

Natural, but most guys cast-blast it so it won't rust.

Thanks John. I painted it cast blast a year ago and wanted to make sure. This 66 is almost finished, except for the air. Maybe I'll post some pictures later.
