Default power antenna switch wiring 65

can you help me out with the wiring for the power antenna?

at the harness I have 3 wires - red/blk/blk-white

the switch has six spade contacts. 1-6 below
the center four are jumped 2-6 and 3-5

- 2 3

1 - - 4

- 5 6

5 has a brown wire lead coming off
6 has a white wire lead coming off

1 and 4 are blank spade now

also, in looking at the chrome portion of the switch when it is mounted it just seems odd that I would push the switch down to raise the antenna and up to lower it??

I believe the 65 antenna switch only has 3 contacts power (center) up(lower) and down (upper)

PS: there's a 65 Corvette wiring diagram link in the help section near the bottom of this web page:

Yup. 3 wires. Lift switch up to raise antenna, push down to lower.
