Default Finally drove my car today

It's been a while since my shoulder surgery in March (repaired rotator cuff and torn bicep tendon), but I decided to go for a ride today. Shifting 2nd to 3rd wasn't easy, but I leaned over and made it happen. The pain is still there, but I couldn't hold back any longer. Going to the garage to start it every once in a while wasn't cutting it for me. My wife took me out for a ride a month ago, but that wasn't quite right, either. Therapy has been going pretty well, and the Dr says I am ahead of schedule, but still a full recovery is months away. BTW, the old car ran just fine, but needs to go to the A/C shop, as summer is here in South FL.

my wife fell down the stairs years ago. her shoulder was torn up where
she only had a small tendon working. that is a painful surgery and it does take along rehabilitation to get it working right. she never had full
range again. best of luck jim

Glad you are on the mend...its tough to have your car sitting around and not being able to jump in it and go when you want to....
