Hitch, first of all let me thank you for both your threads on C2 hard tops. Both have been very valuable to me as I replace my weatherstripping and headliner. The AIM has been of marginal use so far. Your recommendation to paint the front section was great as I probably wouldn't have noticed how bad it looked until I had everything back together.
One question I have regards the long piece of WS that goes across the back and bottom of the hardtop below the window. My old piece had the holes to accommodate the needed screws, but my new one doesn't have any of the holes. My question is; what did you use to put the holes in the ws?

Thanks Hitch. Your two threads on hardtops have been invaluable to me. I have both open on my iPad where I'm working on the HT so I can refer to them when I'm not clear on something.

If you'd like, I have the complete Dow Smith Assembly Instruction Manual in jpg format which may come in handy. Send me a PM with your email address and I can send it over to you.
I got it about 5 years ago from a great NCRS member who has shared it with many folks. It came in handy when I restored my first C2 HT then.

ps Hitch, you did a awesome job on yours!
