tach drive 61

thought we were good last weekend we cleaned stripped and prepared two rims even shot the color then today the other two that i had all along on car .I tried to mask tires and skate by with a scuff then prepsole cleaning over somewhat good smooth black finish , NOT SO LUCKY / Fisheye city , well now I will remove rubber and do just like 1st two rims !!!! A chemical stripper/ wash down then prep /acid etch primer then color .whit 61 white rims is the objective !
