Don't know if anyone posted them or not, don't see that there would be a huge privacy issue since they are for sale on Ebay, but the following 63 Coupes are for sale now.....
body # 2902 Ser#5466 941 paint- 340HP
Ser# 6594 300 HP Daytona Blue
Body #2152 Ser#4209 is a supposedly matching # 300HP PG car- orig 941A paint-now is a pretty dark gray, but has a high HP tach redline.

Here's mine - my next "big" project.
Originally Daytona Blue on Tan Leather - 340 HP with Power Brakes.
Only drove the car about 20 miles before parking it in the late 80's.

Syd,
I sent you my info several years ago, but just in case here is mine again.
VIN 30837S107421
GM Motor Number 3782870, Casting Date L312, Pad 3107421 F0II0RE, L76 Engine Restore to Factory Specifications. Found job number 454 on the firewall, passenger side, passenger inside door, and rear
Car history:
Furthest back I can document the car was it was sold in 1970 in Wichita Falls, Texas from as used Car from Murphys Auto Sales. Sold to a person in Oklahoma, after a few months the car was register to same person in North Carolina. 1973 it was sold to a person in South Carolina, 1978, back to North Carolina, 1982 South Carolina, 1989 North Carolina, 1991 West Virginia, 1998 Tennessee, 2001 Connecticut, when I purchased it May, 2002. Now car resides in Virginia. When I purchased car it was in very poor condition, needing full restoration. Frame off restoration was performed, no expense was spared to do it correct. During this process, removed 12 coats of paint, five different colors, replaced many of the fiber glass panels as the wheels, all four, were flaired. Engine had complete rebuild process. All parts are dated to build date. Work was performed by Corvette Specialties of Maryland and the body and paint by John Herold, WV. Remains in showroom condition, and is a keeper. I am still looking for history on car, so if you know of this car please contact me. As of this date of 1/15/2011, I still own car, and it remains in showroom condition.
Did this info check with what you have on your books?
Regards
Collin MacDonald

A little off the subject but my 64 coupe is original Daytona blue but is red now as it was when i bought back in 1993. Been playing with the thought of respray the car in the original colour but i am so used to the car beeing red so i am afraid that i will regret doing the colour change back to original.
But the more pictures i see of Daytona blue the more i like it.
But i have only seen it on pictures because there is no Daytona blue Corvettes here that i know of.
Are you pleased with the Daytona blue colour Dougs63? Also can you post a bigger picture of your Daytona blue coupe?

Burning Brakes
Sorry for dropping away for so long but I was feeling pretty sick when I hijacked Arthur's amazing thread and now I'm slowly getting back to normal.
Thanks to all you great guys here on the Forum for keeping me busy before I was forced to take a break so to speak.
Everyone here has been soooooo nice !!!!!!!!!!
Getting back to where we were and not letting anyone who replied hanging, I find it interesting that there are totals known for such things as Saddle interior and PW. I never understood where these totals came from??
My Saddle coupe has leather interior (898) and my research list shows 111 cars to date with leather (1,114 recorded by Chev for '63).

Funny question but of course they do.
I've seen many, many 63's for sale over the net that were modified into everything from 4X4's to dishwashers.
Many reappear restored back to their glory and much more.

Syd,
I would venture to say you have no record of mine #2170, Daytona Blue/Dark Blue, base engine, pwr steering, and brakes, automatic. It was parked back in the mid '70s and has not seen the road since. I have listed it in the C2 Registry. Let me know if you have anything on it, as it was stripped when I got it two years ago.
