I recently made a fiberglass repair. Sprayed a primer filler over the repair. Sprayed a urethane base coat . After 24 hours, applied 2-3 coats of UPOL clear #1 clear coat. Following wet color sanding and buffing, I cannot get a glossy clear coat finish.?
