This is a 2011 thread fellows...but new pics are always nice to see.

I chose a white top with two tone body and wide whites like Frankies old car..only mine is Silver metallic with white coves.

I also debated over that too...or maybe agonized over it...lol!

Frankies car was what swayed me...although I wasn't sure how white would work with silver.

I gambled on the white top against silver, hoping the white would make the silver pop with something lighter to contrast against, along with white coves and wide whites.

I was not disappointed.

A contrasting color can be nice, and in the end, it's your car and your choice. For my '62, there was never really any doubt . . . Fawn Beige all the way, baby!

I agree on a 1962...solid color all the way, and fawn beige is one of the classiest (sp?)colors out there, imho.
