Default Market values for 1962 vette

Hi Forum,

I have a 1962 vette that I am thinking about selling. Looking for what the market values are for this car. 327 /340 hp. soft top and hard top. # match, most items are orginial. Had a frame off restoration about 10 years ago. Red with black interior. Runs great. The vette has been in the family over 30 years. 68,000 orginial miles.

Thank you

Post some detailed pics. Paint is critical as that can push the car $10K in the wrong direction if not up to par. Major work done on the car (mechanicals, wiring, etc)?

There are varying definitions of "frame off restoration" so seeing pictures will help us understand the level of work performed.

I agree with Dan. More info and pics needed. $50,000 is a nice ballpark figure for an original 327/340 horse 62. It could be $40,000 or $55 to $60,000 depending on originality and condition. Range is from needs paint to as new condition with all major numbers correct.

I have been looking for a friend for a 62 similar to what you describe. If you can get me more info and pics that would be helpful
