Default Side exhaust restoration paint color

I plan on removing the anodized coat on the recessed area and want to match that color finish as close as possible. there is a lot of nicks and areas that look almost sandblasted. low sheen silver or dull alunium just looks to silverish, it should have a warmer hew. anyone find a suitable color match?

On my 65 coupe, I had some bad scratches on my otherwise new looking covers where they curve at the front to cover the pipes coming off the manifolds where Bubba had jagged-cut regular rocker covers to go over them instead of using the correct upper side pipe rocker trim panels. I found Plasti-kote Engine Enamel Aluminum NO. 207 to be a dead-on match to the natural recessed channels between the raised polished ones. I think when you clear coat them afterwords it should match the originals perfectly.

Hope this works for your project.
