Can anyone recommend someone who can go though my Holley (R3124), perferably in the NY/CT/NJ area?

Eric Jackson from Vintage Musclecar Parts. He is a true professional and his final product is fantastic. He's in Ohio and while that not exactly where you were looking, I sent mine to Eric from CA and would do it again in a heartbeat. Here's a link.
