No bumper brackets, exhaust ports, putting a nut on the rear body mount in the birdcage might be hard, no mid birdcage mount. Is built out of 4 pieces of 1/8 welded from one end to another x4 per rail. Motor mount is mounted above the lower a arm mount with no support for either. Price starts at 16500 and radiator support is missing...30k if you don't want a ford 9inch...and you get to put it together.

Doesn't look like a very good value to me. With all the great chassis out there like SRIII, Jamison, and Street Shop, why pay more for Chassis that does not look as well engineered, and is a relative unknown frame for Corvettes? This frame neither looks any better, or is priced better than any of the known great-working frames out there, so why take a chance?

Listen to John. Guy I know from Knoxville bought into their story base on hype from builds they do. Was suppose to be a piece of cake to mount body on. He's found that's not the case. But he just had to be different from others by being able to say he had a Roadster Shop frame.

You can bash them all you want . But if you saw their frames in person and saw the quality work and expert welding you might change your mind. As far as enginnering ,these know it alls couldn't be more wrong. Go look at the number of cars at the Goodguys meets winning the autocross with a Roadster Shop Chassis. I will agree that they are pricey. For what most are going to do with their restomods the chassises the above mention vendors build a very nice chassis. Just my two cents.

I almost bought a roadster shop chassis and was really impressed how helpful they were over the internet. They are more expensive than an SRIII or Street Shop and mostly sell chassis for muscle cars. I also think that most of their sales go to people who use them to do the builds.

I had this frame bolted down in about an hour it fit perfect, I know there's some concern about missing body mounts and radiator support mounts, bumper brackets exc. the frame picture on their website is the frame I ordered for my car the first production frame and do to the time crunch to get the frame to Carlisle so people could see it I told them not to worry about the
little issues we can take care of that later. my car is also a side pipepipe car so I did not want the center holes in the crossmember. the chassis that you would order for your car will be custom made to your specs and what you want and will have all the brackets and mounts in place. this thing is super strong I've had it up and down on my lIft 100 times now and has 0 body flex. Price ended up around 23,000 with the IRS rear suspension

I was going to do another Street Shop build but after your photos I think I will follow suit with you. I was also worried that the car would sit too low but yours is perfect. Last, $23k is not bad. What motor are you going to install?

LSx 454-725hp Hot Rod TurnKey.pdf

Check out the pdf and the website for another engine option. I was impressed with the 3yr unlimited mileage warranty. I havnt seen a better warranty. In any case your building a beautiful car!
