Default 1963 Restomod build thread

We have been working diligently on restoring a 1963 Corvette restomod. Bodywork is done. Final blockout and paint this week.

Here are some details:
 1990 ZR1 Corvette Engine
 Custom Street Shop Chassis
 C4 Corvette Suspension
Body Modifications:
 Replace complete front end on body
 1967 Big block hood
 1967 Corvette tail light panel

Pics are not necessarily in order:

Looks like your off to a great start. I think the LT5 motor is a great choice for a resto-mod. The motor may appreciate faster than the body. Good luck with your build!

Yes, we were too busy to post updates. We are heading toward the finish line. The body has been completed with a custom built center console and a custom made under rear seat battery holder. We use a vented alubox to hold the battery. Just a few more things and some gas, and the resto will be ready for a test run.

Very nice job! What is the color? How about a front picture where we can see the hood. I can't make out what you have done with the stinger. Looks like you painted it a different shade of grey?

Beautiful car. Is that a ZF 6SPD? We did a LT5 project last year. Very cool engine sound but the ZF tranny was a challenge. Great job.
